Doctors Acquitted Of Criminal Charges | Southwark Crown Court
Kangs Solicitors has successfully represented two senior doctors in a criminal trial at Southwark Crown Court.
Both of our clients, one of whom is an eminent Consultant, were accused of false imprisonment and people trafficking. The allegations related to their ‘live-in nanny’.
The trial took place before a jury at Southwark Crown Court. Both of our clients were found ‘not guilty’ of the allegations.
Any conviction would have had devastating consequences for the careers of both of our clients. Thankfully, we were able to ensure that they walked away from court with their reputation and good name in-tact.
