Class A Drugs | Possession with Intent to Supply | Kangs Drugs Offences Defence Solicitors

Kangs Solicitors has been instructed to defend a client charged with possession of a significant amount of diamorphine (Heroin) with intent to supply.

In 2017 the police seized a large quantity of heroin from a property to which our client was allegedly linked.
Our client’s mobile phone was retained and
our client was interviewed.
Our client is due to appear in Court where he will strenuously deny the allegations.
