Conspiracy To Supply Drugs | Kangs Drugs Offences Defence Solicitors

Share

Kangs Solicitors have been instructed to represent one of three defendants before Northampton Crown Court charged with conspiracy to supply Class A Drugs (cocaine) and encouraging / assisting in the commission of an offence.

The Circumstances | Kangs Criminal Defence Solicitors

Following a lengthy investigation by the Organised Crime Unit of Northamptonshire Police, it is alleged that a pharmaceutical company based in China had been commissioned to provide a substantial amount of benzocaine to one of the defendants in the UK.

Whilst benzocaine itself is not an illegal chemical, the quantity involved has resulted in the police forming the opinion that it was intended to be used for illegal purposes.

Our client denies any criminal conduct and the Kangs team is preparing his defence for trial.
