Dangerous Driving Case | Kangs Solicitors | Motoring Solicitors

Kangs were instructed by our client who was charged with the offences of Dangerous Driving and Driving whilst Disqualified.

Our client denied the offences and we proceeded to prepare his case for a fully contested trial at Birmingham Crown Court.

After successfully challenging much of the prosecution factual evidence in the case, the Jury unanimously acquitted our client in under 15 minutes of deliberation.

Following the acquittal our client commented:

“Kangs Solicitors tackled the case in a really good manner, advised me on all aspects of the case. I would like to say a big thank you to Dean Phillips and his team, he was brilliant. 10 out of 10 for the hard work they put into my case”.

At Kangs Solicitors we have considerable experience in handling a wide range of motoring offences. We have a proven track record of success in such cases and have acted for numerous high profile celebrities and sports personalities in relation to driving matters.

We appreciate the importance of retaining a clean driving licence and we strive to leave no stone unturned in protecting our client and our client’s licence.
