Delighted Client | Alleged Domestic Abuse | Kangs Domestic Crime Defence Solicitors

Share

Kangs Solicitors have been assisting a client, who works for an internationally renowned  company in Central London, who faced allegations of domestic abuse.

Frances Murray of Kangs Solicitors reports on the case.

The Events | Kangs Domestic Crime Defence Solicitors

  • The Prosecution alleged that our client was guilty of domestic abuse against an estranged partner, which allegations were strongly denied.
  • We conducted detailed discussions with the Prosecution, during which the veracity of the complainant’s account was challenged.
  • We highlighted the inadequacy of the alleged evidence to the Prosecution with the result that the matter was reviewed and the Prosecution decided not to offer any evidence.

Our client was extremely relieved with the outcome of the hearing and commented as follows:

I would like to thank Kangs Solicitors and personally Fran Murray for their excellent work, professionalism, and support that they provided to us during the process. It was a very stressful situation for our family but their confident and structural approach to the problem was reassuring. Fran was always easy to contact and ready to answer any question we had. Somehow she managed to smooth what was a very painful process. Her excellent preparation of the case can't be praised enough. Together with a brilliant barrister that they instructed for the defence, they won the case.  We are utterly happy with the 'not guilty' verdict and finally can leave it all behind and move forward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kangs Solicitors most highly. Thank you once again!
