Drugs Importation Case Commences | Kangs Criminal Defence Solicitors

Kangs Solicitors have been instructed to defend one of five defendants, whose Trial commenced at Nottingham Crown Court on the 25th September 2017.

It is alleged that they have been involved in a conspiracy to import large amounts of cocaine and cannabis from Holland to the United Kingdom.

The Investigation | Operation Volata | Kangs Serious Crime Team

An investigation commenced in 2014 by the National Crime Agency into the alleged importation of drugs from Holland to the UK.

Officers from the National Crime Agency conducted surveillance operations leading to a number of arrests being made.

Our client denies the allegations and his Trial is currently on-going.

As part of the preparation of our client’s defence, Kangs Solicitors Crime Team have reviewed substantial quantities of evidence, including cells site evidence and automated number plate recognition material.
