Environment Agency Prosecution Starts | Kangs Regulatory Solicitors

Kangs Solicitors is defending a former company director charged with offences under the Environmental (England & Wales) Permitting Regulations 2010.

The trial starts this week at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

It is alleged by the Environment Agency that our client failed to comply with a number of permit conditions.

The Environment Agency’s case involves a substantial amount of evidence and Kangs Regulatory Team has been working through the evidence in preparation for trial.
