Gross Negligence Manslaughter | Kangs Criminal Solicitors

Kangs Solicitors have been instructed to defend a client charged with two counts of gross negligence manslaughter following an explosion at our client’s premises as the result of which two people sadly died.

As an indictable only offence the case has been sent to the Crown Court for the next stage of the proceedings.
