Happy Client Retains Liberty | Kangs Drugs Offence Defence Solicitors

Share

Kangs Solicitors recently defended a client facing a number of drugs offences at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

Amandeep Murria outlines the circumstances and the steps taken on our client’s behalf which secured a very satisfactory result.

The Circumstances | Kangs Criminal Defence Team

A search of our client’s home revealed that a bedroom had been converted for the purpose of producing cannabis and the presence of other drugs.

An analysis of our client’s mobile phone revealed messages supporting the suggestion that our client was supplying drugs to others.

Our client acknowledged limited involvement in allowing the premises to be used to produce cannabis and the supply of other drugs.

How We Assisted | Kangs Criminal Defence Solicitors

Having discussed the circumstance in considerable detail with our client he accepted that it was in his best interests in pursuit of the most favourable outcome available to him, and to ensure that he received maximum credit to which he was entitled for a guilty plea, to plead guilty on a Limited Basis of Plea.

The Successful Result | Kangs Criminal Defence Team

As the result of the advice given to our client and the steps taken on his behalf the court issued a Suspended Sentence, with supporting requirements, thereby enabling him to retain his freedom.

Naturally, our client was extremely pleased with the outcome.
