Kangs Sports Client Features In Triumph Over Aston Villa | Football Update | Kangs Sports Solicitors

Share

Kangs Sports client John Brayford featured for League One Burton Albion FC as they dumped Championship giants Aston Villa out of the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night.

Five-time League Cup winners Aston Villa were left red-faced by a 52nd minute winner from Liam Boyce of Burton Albion.

To make matters worse Villa had a last minute penalty saved by debutant goalkeeper Harry Campbell as Albert Adomah failed to convert the spot kick.

The remarkable giant killing now sees Burton progress to the third round of the Carabao Cup.

We wish John Brayford and Burton Albion all the very best for their on-going League Cup run.

John Brayford is a longstanding client of Kangs Sports.

We represented him in his most recent transfer from Sheffield United to Burton Albion FC in the summer transfer window of 2017 when he signed a 2-year contract with the Brewers.  It was the fourth time in his career that he has joined forces with manager Nigel Clough.

The former Derby, Cardiff and Sheffield United defender now has in excess of 400 senior appearances to his name.

A cut-throat defence arises where, during criminal proceedings, a defendant gives evidence on his own behalf and which is not only likely to strengthen the prosecution case but is designed to damage a co-defendant’s case to the extent that it may go as far as blaming the co-defendant whilst endeavouring to exonerate himself.
