Kangs Sports | Sam Hain | T20 Cricket Finals Day

Share

Kangs Sports are pleased to continue our season-long sponsorship of our client and Warwickshire & Birmingham Bears batsman Sam Hain.

The T20 Finals Day on Saturday saw the Birmingham Bears defeat Glamorgan in the first semi-final, with Nottinghamshire Outlaws winning against Hampshire in the second semi-final of the day.

That set up a Birmingham Bears v Notts Outlaws final.

Sam, batting at number three, had an exceptional game and was the highest scoring batsmen of the match with a magnificent 72 runs off 44 balls in the T20 Final against Nottinghamshire Outlaws.

Unfortunately the fine batting display was not enough to secure victory for the Bears.

Sam Hain is widely regarded as one of cricket’s most promising prospects.

At the age of 18 he became the youngest man to score a County Championship century for Warwickshire CCC. The record was previously held by England star batsman Ian Bell.

A regular in the Warwickshire CCC First XI, Sam has established himself as a consistent run scorer for the county.

Sam was born in Hong Kong, raised in Australia with English parents, and despite representing Australia at Under 19 level, has made clear his desire to play for England in the future.

A cut-throat defence arises where, during criminal proceedings, a defendant gives evidence on his own behalf and which is not only likely to strengthen the prosecution case but is designed to damage a co-defendant’s case to the extent that it may go as far as blaming the co-defendant whilst endeavouring to exonerate himself.
