We have recently been instructed to represent a client in respect of Operation Dynamo, an investigation now being dealt with by the Complex Case Unit of the Crown Prosecution Service.

The investigation undertaken by the Staffordshire Major and Organised Crime Department alleges a Conspiracy to supply Class A drugs by an Organised Crime Group upon a major scale .

The Operation conducted over a period of more than 12 months has resulted in the seizure of a vast amount of drugs and cash along with the arrest of a significant amount of individuals.

The Crown Prosecution Service alleges our client together with others in the Organised Crime Group have all played an integral role in ensuring the agreement to Supply Class A drugs was completed.

The Crown Prosecution Service will be seeking to rely upon, observation, cell site , ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) and telecommunications evidence to establish that a Conspiracy to Supply Class A Drugs upon a major scale existed between the members of the Organised Crime Group.
