Pharmacist cleared of criminal charges

Share

Kangs Solicitors represented a Pharmacist charged with an offence of fraud by false representation. It was said he had visited another pharmacist’s producing a forged prescription to secure high value prescription drugs. It was his case that the person alleged to have committed the offence was not him.

We carried out extensive forensic work on the matter which included instructing a facial mapping expert, cell site expert and forensic CCTV analyses. We were able to persuade the prosecution to offer no evidence at the trial. The client was delighted as his professional reputation remained intact and he is able to continue working in his chosen field.

The case was conducted by Mr Tariq Khan of Kangs Solicitors. Counsel instructed on our client’s behalf was Mr. Graham Henson.
