Kangs Solicitors acts for a former director of a UK insulation company who, with other defendants, is alleged to have committed trade mark fraud and also conspired to commit fraud by false representation against a company based in France.

The Allegations | Kangs Private Prosecution Solicitors

This Private Prosecution brought by the French Company in the criminal courts, following civil proceedings ,alleges that the defendants:

  • have conspired to defraud as the result of supplying insulation for onward sale
  • used trade marks registered to the French company without permission
  • dissolved a company to avoid the consequences of the civil proceedings and
  • thereafter, traded in Southern Ireland continuing the use of the trade marks.

Our client strongly denies the allegations made.

The trial continues.
