R v. M | Kangs Solicitors Represent Youth Charged with Attempted Murder

Share

Cagin Husnu of Kangs Solicitors represents a youth (‘M’) who was first arrested in June 2016, along with three others, in connection with the attempted murder of another young male.

Following a series of interviews, the Crown Prosecution Service took the view that there was sufficient evidence to charge ‘M’ with attempted murder and did so along with his (now) three co-Defendants.

Kangs Solicitors were recommended to ‘M’ and his family shortly following his arrest due to our expertise in this area of law.

The prosecution has recently been committed to the Crown Court at Birmingham where it will proceed to trial.
