Success for Kangs Solicitors Sports Law Department

Lawyers from Kangs Solicitors Sports Law Department have successfully appeared before the Boxing Area Council having been instructed to act on behalf of a boxer facing disciplinary action.

The boxer appeared before the Board facing the possibility of losing his licence under regulation 4.9 of the Rules and Regulations of the British Boxing Board of Control.

Following detailed submissions put forward by one of our Sports Law specialists Mick Carney the Board concluded that the boxer was fit to continue under the terms of his licence.
